i also thought these MGM wre free... they gave cues to the crowds, free merch, but most didn't follow wrestling. i never cared what MGM fans thought or WCW Worldwide.

is that a serious question? the nwo obviously, no incarnation of dx is as good as nwo from 96-98. the nwo had at least the outsiders and hogan. dx had shawn, who is one of the greatest... and... a sorry piece of shit called triple something or other... or helmsley something... and at one point a non-wrestling rick rude, chyna, and... the new something or other... haha. no comparison.

@DJglasgowSon well what about when DX went to WCW headquarters; DX had a band at 2 of WWE's ppvs. According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter NWO's ppv was the worst major wrestling show in 1997, The two team members have their faces on the cover of WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2009. One of their member HBK fought Rated RKO by himself in a match in 2007, when has NWO ever did that?

DX has HBK and HHH who are Triple Cown Champions and Grand Slam Champions; DX once made a girl take off her bra and shirt. DX sometimes embarrass their boss, when he's in front of the audience. DX never renamed their group, and Eric Bischoff stated that DX reminded him of the NWO, see even one of NWO's members said that

alright bro, the "dx invasion storyline, while it seemed revolutionary, was lame, as dx never interacted with any opposition talent in the "invasion", and, on top of that, the whole concept of nwo, which preceeded dx, was invading a rival organization on their airtime. the bit about the band is irrelevant to the comparison, that band never cracked the top 500 even. you have a valid point, that the inaugural nwo souled out was, in fact, voted worst of the year,

but, that's only because of the complete fail by wcw in booking giant in a main event against hogan that turned into a non-match due to interference, and because there were other spectacular ppvs that year. dx NEVER had a ppv named for them. there was never a "royal rumble: suck it edition" or anything like that. cover of game? irrelevant. hollywood hogan was featured on many game covers, as was nash. and also, nash wrestled many handicap squashes during scott hall's "hiatus".

@DJglasgowSon DX did had a ppv, it was part of In Your House on December 7, 1997 and it had abigger attendance than NWO's ppv, also it was the only ppv held at the Springfield Civic Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. The two team members have their faces on the cover of WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2009. Xpac had bigger success in DX than he's got in NWO.

@Okonkwo009 And When DX reformed in 2006-2007, 2008, 2009-2010, where was the NWO at that time? And NWO got WCW bigger ratings, well they haven't been doing a great job on TNA. But I admit NWO and DX have one thing in common, they would do anything to make their wrestling companies come out on top. And I admit honestly, NWO to me was better than DX.

i agree with you totally. nwo was better overall, but dx cut better promos and were more creative. i would love to see that match, but the outcome would really come down to the lineup and style of match. i've always wanted to see a war games style four on four between dx and nwo. shawn, hunter, dogg, and ass vs. hogan, nash, hall, and waltman. that, to me, is the dream match to end all. if it were that way, i'd have to say nwo. outsiders vs. hhh and shawn would prolly be dx.
