Wind adepts are the coolest but in game they were underpowered, i had to use them as support chars to raise stats for the beginnings of some battles because they simply didn't make damage as high as the others til their stats were raised...

actually between the two jupiter adepts i prefer sheba over ivan, its unbelievable how many times you have to heal/revive this character. sheba doesn;t go down half as much as he does. tsk tsk but i like his theme regardless

Ivan's only real endgame problem was he didn't have a single-target nuke that scaled with Attack like Isaac and Garet did, and his area-nukes never scaled.

I honestly wonder how badass he could have been if he had moves that scaled with his Speed instead. I'm thinking something visually akin to Fire Emblem myrmidons here. But with LIGHTNING.

Yeah, he was my buff monkey and item jockey too. I usually had him throwing the Oil Drops, Elixir'ing people, etc. Never had to use a Psy Crystal till Lost Age, but he had most of them on hand.

Swift Sword's second unleash occasionally made him do more damage than Isaac with Gaia Blade, too -- maybe the proc on that sword really DID scale with Speed, I dunno. But it was pretty awesome to see him sporadically be the best bruiser on the team.
