i wish you all would shut up about impaction.. give them calcium supliments and make sure theyre old enough and theyre fine!.. if theres no calcium they lick the sand to gain calcium and if theyre too young they have trouble hunting and accidentally eat sand, otherwise is fine so please stop with this impaction crap
Yeah I now know. On this video (filmed like 4 years ago) I had just bought him (notice also the washing cloth on the heating rock to prevent the baby from burning) and the lady sold me sand with it...
I later red on the internet about it's danger. I then switched to fake grass (see other videos).

geckos can break down calci sand in there stomach it just dosent build up. you think people sell it to kill them
