If you want to get specific. I can start listing off tons of people taht are better than me in one stat.

wow furytaker u dont have a 10hp pure do you? this is best overall pure lots of ppl have 99 mage or range. i myself are going for 99 range 10hp. your just some 5 year old so grow up

yes all this is quite easy, for str you just barb fish.. and for attack you pc.. same with defence. range, you cannon. mage, you high alch, teleport, pretty much anything thats not combat related. summoning is done by lamps and books. prayer is self explanatory.

PC... fix the stuff for your 50 points and you get to use the points on anything over 25(quests to get over 25)

What do you mean? He repairs the walls and doors, and uses the points he earns on attack , strength or defense.

Uses curse/alches for mage
