@mandeep326 they are both hold items, choice scarf increases a pokemons speed by 1.5x but only allows them to use one of their moves before switching out i.e. they are locked in to a move. Life orb increases every attack a pokemon does by 1.3x (i think) but the pokemon takes small bit of damage each turn (but they are not locked in to a move)

@biasgohan UU = Underused, there is Uber, OU (OverUsed), BL (BorderLine), UU(UnderUsed) and NU (NeverUsed)

OU = Pokémon with high base stats, a good movepool, etc.

BL = Pokémon that aren't good enough for OU but too strong for UU.

UU = Pokémon that aren't good enough for BL but too strong for NU.

NL = Basically the weakest Pokémon in the game.

Uber is just mostly legends, Pokémon with very high base stats.

And there's NFE. Not Fully Evolved.
