LOL ignorant ppl, ever thought of doing a firmware update. This phone runs like crazy now with the latest 30.003 update. N-Gage games, good photo and video quality. I'm lovin it. Just remember when buying just do a firmware update and all is good :)

The phone isn't horrible, it's just a waste of time and money for NOKIA.... We can say that n96 is the n95 8g's upgrade and that's not a big of a deal.... Also the video board isn't ass performant as the n95's one.... so... Nokia has to think to something else... and fastt !! the n97 doesn't make a good impress neither... the are onlu 369MHz in all those OS and simbyan is responsible for this.... soo nokia si at the bottom.... think.. and fast....

When you transfer the photos to PC then you will how bad is the Photo quality, worst ever I have seen so far,

Battery life is only 90 minutes(lowest among all phones)

and on the top it is most expensive phone - simfree.

i hope the N96 is an improvement to the N95, which had crap for battery life and quite a few hardware problems that nokia couldn't fix. like mine makes a strage buzzing sound when i'm in a call from time to time. nokia couldn't fix it >.> and their customer service sucks ass they couldn't help me with some problems i was having.good going nokia hire people in india that don't speak english lol

My n95 has this sound problem too, a strange sound (i dont know how to describe it, it sounds like the speaker is vibrating or something like that) on every call.

The n96 has only 2 things better than n95, digital tv built-in and 16gb ram built-in without loose the micro sd slot.

Don't waste your money on this trash. An original n95 is just as good unless you want to watch broadcasted TV on the go and you live in a huge city. The N96 left out the 3d chip and games run like crap on it, and have fun getting the camera lens scratched to hell. Oh yeah, you get the kickstand with this one so it must be worth it. Let's compare, kickstand which I could easily improvise out of anything anywhere with a second of thought, or a real lens cover that I couldn't make at all, hmmm...
