hypothetically speaking, lets say i think that they tore their PCL or another ligament. Aside from initial sypmtoms: pain, swelling and stiffness, i have a problem bending it backwards. the most i can do is maybe when i am sitting down and my knee is maybe bent at a 90 degree angle. unless i support the back of my knee that is the absolute furthest i can move it without pain. would that just be considered gaining the range of motion back or is it something i should be concerned about?
