sounds pretty damn close, a little too much fuzz I think. I'm having the same problem. got my fuzzface turned all the way down and I'm running it through a 4x10 deville and a strat with texas specials, but i can't seem to get that whiney tone. any suggestions? did he use a delay pedal too?

Tone is in the iron. I'd suggest getting a NOS model.

try turning the volume knob down a touch on your guitar. Fuzz pedals are really sensitive to the signal going in to them.
