@anna123456711 It means something like "Let's go!" crossed with "Here we go!" It can be used if you're setting a small child in a seat or helping them over an obstacle. You can also say it when you catch something that another person tosses to you, or arriving home safely after a difficult outing, or serving someone a very hot dish. The idea is basically that you have narrowly averted (or helped someone else to avoid) a minor but embarrassing difficulty, i.e. dropping something, falling, etc.
