Hello there, wazzup with DPS, did Captain Rader enjoy his moment of fame while arresting a student of Gallaudet University. Which he was only expressing his right of free speech.. Is This America, or am I living in a different country ?? Pls clarify that for me, as far as I know, we have a RIGHT TO FREEDOM of SPEECH! Is there something wrong with this system here at Gallaudet University ?? What will be next ??

Not fair to DPS, Rader was only doing his job. He supports right to free speech, but not if people are scared for their safety. DPS just trying to help maintain peace and a safe place for everyone to express their opinion. It doesn't look like they enjoy it at all.
