@rb21122b It's not very different, slightly heavier on the elevator and lighter on the ailerons. main difference operationally is the Electronic checklists which are pretty cool, and a bit more automation in the systems which makes our lives easier.

@Balleka thanks for the ride,where do you have the electronic checklist .. on the center pedestal or below the side window ? Thats a cool plane, even I find it a bit strange, that the newest 747 F. looks very much like the old 747-100 in profile.

@haustan123 ECL is displayed normally on the center EICAS screen but can be shown on either of the Nav Screens( now called multi function displays)

@gsmaciel Yeah it's much quieter and on some of the low weight take off's you can hardly hear any engine noise. You just have a nice long speed trend arrow indicating take off acceleration is OK!

5 minutes ago this video was country blocked here so I had to watch it low quality through a proxy. Either way, awesome video and hoping for lots more to come from the 748. Question, how does the seniority system work there? Surprised they put such a junior pilot on the 748 instead of having you continue to fly the 742 and 743's.
