you are correct. The Marine Corps is the primary user of this weapon, its mainly used as a supressive fire weapon, or a room broom. if you need more than 32 rounds, each of which is double ought buck with 9 22 caliber pellets creating a field of 288 22 caliber projectiles in the air in just over 5 seconds, you don't belong in the Corps anyway.
