It's a Mario fangame by Buziol Games. The English isn't perfect, though, and I'm pretty sure it's easier than I made it look.
I'll go ahead and send you a link via a PM.
A Google search brings up plenty of links where you can download it. (I'm only mentioning Google because you're not supposed to have links in comments.)
As for TTYD, I've beaten that game. It was pretty damn fun. I still have it, BTW. Thinking of doing an LP of it if I can ever get a good camera angle for the TV.

Not really; I just sucked eggs against him. I probably could pwn him on my next shot at the game.
He isn't that bad if you know how to dodge his attacks. One example is how he gives you plenty of time to get behind him before he spams you with fire like at 2:21.
