I'm sorry but she really needs to work on her vocal technique. her belt and head voice are very week and not connected at all. She also really needs to work on her diction....her voice has this really odd valleygirl vibe to it....it's odd. but if she took some voice lessons and improved her vocal technique she'd probably have a much better voice.

well hey, she got the part for a reason. and maybe it isnt the most fabulous vocal performance ever, but that is how people learn. so no judgment here, nice job!

To be fair, this was a rehearsal. The copyright owners of the play won't allow the school to allow parents to videotape actual performances before paying audiences (they have to charge to recover the cost of licensing the play). They did this final rehearsal before the middle school kids, then three public performances. All three were better, and one she totally nailed. Sadly, I don't have video of that one.

I love this show. My high school did it this year (we actualy just got our dvd's today! hooray!) this is one of the hardest sceens for the ensamble, i had so much trouble being frozen that entier song.

And I'm sorry, but this young girl needs some lessons. You're a bit flat on about, every note. I mean c'mon. Horrible!

One notes that you don't have any videos up on your channel. Put yourself out there, and earn the right to criticize others. But it is refreshing that not all Canadians fit the friendly and polite stereotype.
