  • Dear 3dGameMan. I think the primary part of your viewers don't care about a removable motherboard tray. But it puts a smile on my face every time you say it, so keep it up :)

And thanks for all the reviews! I won't buy a case unless you have reviewed it!

  • I had this case for 2 years and its the best cases ever had...it has sooo much room to work with...

  • he has so much videos he makes so much money xD and with the money he makes he buys cases to review and get even more money xD this guy is epic

  • "But unfortunately the motherboard tray is not removable."

He says this in nearly all his videos. Even in videos where he's not reviewing a case.

  • What should I buy, the HAF X or this one?

  • i love you reviews, thank you very much i have made my mind up to buy this case :D

  • Very informative. I was choosing between this one and the Storm Enforcer. Ended up going with this one since it's the only one that will fit all my hard drives plus a GTX 580 graphics card. Had to get an Asus "Deluxe" motherboard with 3,5" USB 3.0 Front Panel Box in order to get USB 3.0 accesible from the front. I don't have to live with any compromises now, and I'm very happy with the new rig. Thanks for helping me choose the right parts :)

  • hes the best

  • I don't know if this guy is uses magic, but almost every case that i search on Youtube i found him video :P

  • @gekkeabt white magic

  • anybody know if i could replace the blue fans with green ones and still get it to work with the button on the top of the case

  • "But unfortunately the motherboard tray is not removable." Trololoololoolol :3

Orly? Never heard that one before!

  • "But unfortunately the motherboard tray is not removable." Trololoololoolol :3

  • This review totally hooked me, and I have been the proud owner of a Storm Sniper Black Edition for about 7 months now. The thing is really massive for a midtower case, and you can easily fit two cards up to 13" in length in the damn thing. God, it's just.... so awesome...

  • one ... on .... each....side! :)

  • take care

  • At the end he sad Take Year ???

  • Great case great cooling

  • great! this is the second video ive watched of yours.. very thorough, tell us what we need to know, very soothing clean voice.

    *Thumbs up*:D

  • I have this case, it is quite awesome. for the price though I should have gone full tower... oh well, still very awesome

  • how do you take the top off...I can unclip 6 tongs but the front is still stuck down...anyone know?

  • VERYYY CLEAN REVIEWS!!! thumbs up!

  • I think slot covers should NOT have holes!

I've yet to be convinced that the case would be pressurized enough not to let dust slowly creep in through the holes directly on top of cards, especially having a 120 mm exhaust fan right above them!

I'd like to be wrong though or I'll have to cover each one if I buy that. :D

  • it's unfortunate the motherboard tray is NOT removable

  • I cant afford 100% kick ass stuff

  • Will an Asus Rampage III Extreme fitt in this case? And a Cooler master V8?

  • is this the same price as the scout?

  • @BakedBrightside they sale for between $100 and $160, depending on where you order it from. I just ordered mine a few days ago. I can't wait to get it.

  • good review man

  • Get antec skeleton instead :D

  • @MrNadhazi Yes, Of course if you want to clean your PC with a vacuum cleaner every day

  • you sound like the guy from motorweek

  • These are FANtastic ^_^

  • I tryed to find this case for some time now in sweden BUT no one selling it I dont want black edition for it dont have dustfilter on the side... I want this one.

  • Comment removed

  • is the cooler master storm scout the same as this or is this bigger and what features does this have over the storm scout

  • Very nice case. :)

  • This guys is really good at reviews to be fair.. very concise.. very comprehensive.

    Nice one! Cheers man!

  • I Have this case sitting right beside me. I upgraded to a silverstone raven though, but I still have this one.

  • Bought the case after this review .

    Great review. thanks

  • great review. better than the pics from newegg and tigerdirect.

i know newegg has a vid of this case but i almost fall asleep listening to the guy... its like he's high and doesnt give a rats....

    thx for great review

  • Thanks for the review! ;)

  • Awesome review! I didn't think someone can make something like this that interesting. I'm sooo getting this because of this vid

  • great review!

    thank you :)

  • Best review. You're the best man :)

  • I LOVE HIS REWIEWS !!!! HAVE TO...WATHS !!!!

  • His enunciation is impeccable, and he has reviews for everything I want to see. You just +1 yourself a subscription man. Keep them coming.

  • do all Cooler Master cases come with the motherboard template standoff thing?

  • haha why does he talk like tht

  • I have to say I'm really glad I subscribed to this guy, his reviews are excellent, detailed and clear. I have been looking for a case now, and I'd have to say after this review this looks like the one. Cheers Rodney, you're a star!

  • i like this guy more than maxishine... :)

  • I wish I had seen this before purchasing my HAF. Great review.

  • lan parties ahhaa i just rofled

  • @mynameisreaper123 I haven't even heard "Lan party" for like 7 years. Such is the industry of american PC gaming.

  • Great review. Crisp and concise. This is the case I went with.

  • fan speed button. Wonder why haf doesnt have one.

  • Seeing as this case bit bigger than a normal mid tower and tiny bit smaller than the HAF 932, the big question is can it fit 2 XFX 5970 cards??

    Thanks.

  • @Awayze this case can easily fit 2x5970.

  • also might I add my case came with a 200mm fan for the side, I didn't see one in this video

  • @lilhomeh this video is old and the new sniper case black edition which i have has 200 mm fan for the side pane to

  • does this case can fit 5870

  • @RashidAlmuhairi

it would, I just got this case....and it's pretty big

  • @lilhomeh me to ihave this case but i was askin does it fit ati radeon 5870 and thnx

  • i cant chooze between this with a windows or the cosmos s with a window

  • my fan controller does not adjust, it stay normal speed,..please help

  • @macjr0379 Check your wire Connections

  • @macjr0379 Have you wired it correctly?

  • @imback218 Of course, wiring of this case is not so difficult, i wonder why why my fan controllers do not stop...or reduce...pls help

  • @macjr0379 does it come with instructions? does the LED light button work?

  • @imback218 yes, the led works, i just wonder why the fan do not stops when you adjust to the lowest...

  • @macjr0379 I don't think the fans would stop/, because the controller wouldn't go down low enough for it to stop, do they slow down at all?

  • if anyone here is like loaded with cash you should go quad hd 5970 toxic ho shit 100frps

  • Great review! I just ordered this case as it seemed pretty nice for its pricerange. This review pretty much told me everything I need to know about this case.

  • your reviews are great. this video has helped me make my decision. thanks : )

  • I wish it looked more like the scout.....im torn between the two please help me!!!(price doesnt matter)

  • Just bought this case but Black Edition a few days ago. It is so huge but it looks awesome. Now all I need is the internals=[

  • @TRYER25 two 5970's in xfire perhaps?

  • @Pucker7 Wish I could afford it. I was thinking P7P55-E PRO mob, i5 and unfortunately only one 5850=P You?

  • @TRYER25 i7 bloomfield 930 with this case, 1 hd 5850, 6 gb 1600mhz ram, 850w modual gold certified power supply with an evga mobo all from new egg (ive been saving me paychecks)

  • @Pucker7 Ya I see you have been saving your paychecks with that rig. I have been trying to. I find Canada Computers is great too. Thanks for the specs. I am going to research them=P

  • Say whatever u want but i dont like removable motherboard trays

  • Do open holes without fans provide airflow. because this case is very open

  • @thymen121 Yes.

  • @ownedufoo2 wich one should I buy, sniper or storm scout

  • @thymen121 It depends on what you plan on doing. The scout is much easier to carry around than the sniper, but the sniper is better if you don't plan on moving around (to things like LAN parties, etc) Both of them have similar airflow, so it's up to you on what you really want. I prefer the sniper personally.

  • the intro beat is funky

  • Is this guy a robot? He sounds funky lol

  • @johnnyarks LMFAO!!!!!!!!!

  • sexy case

  • They will Never Make a Video Card That Couldn't Fit Inside This Case.

  • How much fans it can control?

  • @Andrey266 It can control as many as you want it to control. :)

  • I have a question about the motherboard tray. Why doesn't stretch out more to the right so it covers more?

  • @altoidfart For cable management purposes, it doesn't extend so the cables have more room to be adjusted or if the PSU cables are short that they will reach.

  • @johnaiton Thanks man. That has always been bothering me. =D

  • Just a quick question does the front fan grill have a dust filter?

  • @slakey0207

The video says yes. Look at 1:48

  • full or mid?

  • Wow good review! This guy really knows how to make a snappy, informative and interesting review. Thumbs up!

  • i have this case... with one 5870.. it can fit CrossFire of 2x 5870? i'm not sure there's a room for 2 :X

  • ALWAYS SHARP PENCIL!

  • cm 690 ii is best

  • Just noticed this guy sounds a lot like Wilson from House.

  • @crazedimp321 OMG, you're fucking right. EXACTLY like him, too. Not just similarity.. but DEAD-on...

  • this case could probably fit the new 4 gb 5970 unless it is 14in+ but very nice case i love it want it sooo bad, its whats gonna be in my next build

  • this is better than scount? is this older than scount?

  • @XVAGOSX1 this is better than scout, it fits bigger graphics cards, the scout only holds 10.5 inch graphics cards (about 26.7 cm)

  • 100% Kick Ass is Right. If this is a mid tower case There will be world peace soon.

My wife ask me was this a air conditioner .$160.00 is well worth it but I paid 99.00@ new egg with a free $70.00 Coolermaster mouse. New Egg is 100% Kick Ass.

  • @aceracc323 the mouse is really fucking good, did you try it yet?

  • @ArielCaboob yea the mouse rocks! I didn't even know It had an LCD and lights that changed colors.

  • will this case be able to fit the ati radeon 5870?

  • i have this case

  • will this superb case fit an Coolermaster V8 CPU cooler when the 200mm on the side is installed?

  • well done

    i like your videos

but why did you turn of comments

    5* as usual

  • Hi Rodney, I have just recently bought the new black version of this case. I love all of it, but whenever i try to plug any usb device in the front, sometimes it will restart, if i touch the usb to the side of the case where the metal is, and then plug it in, then it's fine. Do you have any suggestions?

  • scout looks more sexy

  • @121fu True, but it really lacks the functionality present with the Sniper.

  • nice case.

btw i cant lol more with some comments of people around ..

see the comments below with mrRocstar96 and TechnoGuru27.-

    lawl !

  • whats better? Thermaltake Element V or Coolermaster storm sniper?

  • The Thermaltake Element V is the best case to go for.

  • why? i think this is good, not to big, and spacy

  • Beacouse the Element V comes with more fans, have a lot of room to work on and it is newer :)

  • still, i like this one :)

  • sniper

  • who cares? its a case.. get yourself some kickass elements and cards, and shock your friends with a plain case.

  • @mrRocstar96

of course sniper ftw.... all intake areas have dust filters

  • @nhicanikz Until I got this case and cleaned the filters, I didn't even know so much dust came into my pc.

  • I went ahead and ordered this case today. Been looking for a case with dustfilters on intakes, because dust seems to be my systems #1 adversary. I assume it will be much more convenient being able to vacuum the dust off those filters, than having to open the machine frequently and clean the hardware with the risks involved.

In any event, I find Rodney's reviews very educational and useful. You're doing a great job! :)

  • Well you can buy dust filters if a case dont include that?

  • In all honesty, I'm too lazy to make a workaround. However, I happen to be very happy with the new case :)

  • Well ok good for you.. but i think i will buy the scout.. i know it isnt that good as the sniper but it's nice looking :D...

  • @D4reko The scout won't fit any fullsize vid cards..

  • @trakout Did i say it did?

  • thats pretty nice. It makes me almost want to sell my antec 900. haha.. almost :P

  • ive got this case in black edition. but im having difficulties in connecting the fan switch and the fan led switch, i try to look at the menu of it, the jack is all female

  • Will it fir with the DP55WG? Please help me if u're really know about it. I'm trying to build my very first desktop and I lovw this so much

  • yeah

  • Great video. I just got my new All Black Sniper case. Saweet. No need to paint the inside of the new case, it's all black. It's nice to have Blue fans for super airflow. It's great to have the fan adjustment know too.

  • u mind me asking how much u got it for?

  • i think coolermaster must design cabinets for Indian market specifically.......cause this cabinet is not good enough for gamers in India in terms of cooling

  • lmao r u serious? who cares bout india anyway.

ur one of teh few indians i ever saw on teh net.

one of teh worst places ever where a crooked minority exploits an drains teh majority.

  • @SuperMasterTroll

if u hve seen few Indians in the net the n it aint my fault.....who cares what u think........u r 1 of those jerks who likes to go off topic.......so just Fuck OFF

  • no mater wat u call me, in teh end u r teh one living in india. Think about tat.

  • india isn't the only warm country in the world......ermmm..... wat about an air conditioner in the room?

  • i do have 1......but keeping it on all day would mean high electricity bill.......n e ways i m gonna get this case

  • yeah that's true. im kinda lucky i live in the UK where it's cold pretty much all the time....wait...is that lucky?? :( lol.

  • Storm Scout looks better, honestly.

Only downside to the Scout, though, is that it doesn't have a speed control for the fans...

  • i would defiantly recommend this case its great

  • go with the COOLER MASTER Storm Sniper

  • man im havin trouble HAF 932 or Storm Sniper and tomorrow i have to choose any suggestions i know that the storm has dust filters but wat else is different

  • The dust filters is enough for me to go with the Sniper because dust is a REALLY big problem. Without the dust filters, you would need to clean your PC about every few months if you want the best performance.

  • I had the same choice. The 932 is a really good case. I will soon be buying one of these Sniper cases however as I am sick of my Silverstone Lascala LC20B desktop case.

  • rodney says its a mid tower ATX case at the start but the dimensions state that it is a full tower case?

  • @steevyp its a mid tower cause it doesn't fit eatx motherboards

  • can this fit a 5970??

  • @koolguyg Yes this can fit a 5970 without trouble

  • ok thank you :)

  • @ koolguyg are you sure about that because i saw a picture of a guys system with a 5870 and it looked like there was no more room at all.

  • @trukrupes It can even fit the 4GB version of the 5980

  • easily. 5970 is 12 inches, this thing has like a 13 inch

  • i love this case

  • I NEED HELP, I'm getting a new case tomorrow.

haf 932 or storm sniper? Im interested in cooling, space and features.

  • Space + Cooling + Some Features = HAF 932

Cooling + Features + Enough space for 5870 Video Card = Storm Sniper

  • Took a look at one of these cases. Lot of thought has gone in to the design to maximise air flow and providing space to fit components. For a £130 price tag! the metal used is too flimsy & the plastic looks cheap. It also has the old school cumbersome slide on outer panels. rather than the easier to use drop in latching panels which I would expect find on a case costing this much.

  • wait so is it like a case for cpu's? to keep them cooler?

  • best mid tower gaimng case

  • LOVE THIS CASE! Must get it!

  • this is one of the best mid tower case out there

  • There is no dustfilter for the Powersupply intake in the buttom?

  • pause 5:49

  • this is the pimped out version of 922

  • Hey! have one question!

Any one know where I can buy that dust filter that is in the bottom of the case?

I did but this case some weeks ago, and I have allready rifted and broken that DUST FILTER to the 120 fan. and wonder if some one know a web site or something?

    Take any tip!

  • You can try frozen cpu they have alot of filters.

  • Is it jst me or does he say " the motherboard tray is NOT removable" with a sad voice in every review?
