London is the best ever place to come to celebrate new year the silhouette of the big ben from the fireworks behind it. You can't buy that any where else and have such feature and where the chimes of a clock is going off. London knows how to get things started

Big Ben chimed to signal the start of 2010, and the fireworks occurred after midnight so occurred on New Years Day, 2010, hence title "London Fireworks on New Year's Day 2010".

The BBC uploaded it youtube in the early hours of the 1st January 2010, but in the US (where the youtube is based) it was still 31st December 2009, so thats why it says "Uploaded by BBC on Dec 31, 2009"
