While it may strike a nerve for some, we live in a society which will find that commercial more comical then serious.... Its more of a crime (penalty wise) to drive without insurance then it is to get a DUI... maybe if they provided cheap public transport between the hours of 12am and 5am you'd have less people trying to drive home after the bar. Take your chances driving home for FREE or pay a cab $80 to get home, and another $80 to get back the next day? I'd take my chances.
