There was something like this in brotherhood too. With the gondola. You could even get back out.

Well guys I have found more than 6 glitches and other weird things in assasins creed : revalations of pc

I think so they don't much care about the assasins creed revalations for pc

That happened to me when I turned it off whilst it was loading Constantinople after I played the mission where you needed to escape from Masyaf in sequence 1 and chase Leandros. There is no way out. But if only you could go to Masyaf anyway... maybe the glitch won't exist.

this happened to me in AC Brotherhood I was in rome and I was fighting a borgia captain and he knocked me down and so I just kept swimmin but was stuck

Playthrough the mission "warm welcome" until you get to the loading screen at the end where Ezio can run around. Turn your console off immediately and then turn it back on and you will be in constantinople. Done :)

The "blue thing" is Altair's Library, if you parachute into it your will appear inside, and do you know how to get back to Constantinople?

@withApickle0 I found a way out, if you replay a memory in Constantinople, and just when you complete it, it auto saves before you go into the loading screen. When your in the loading screen, turn off your console and then turn it back on. Wholla, your back in Constantinople! =)
