  • I adore this tune. Class of 57, I feel is a heartfelt, loving ode to the youthful idealism that every generation feels. Your particular graduation date, 1957 or otherwise, is totally irrelevant. All young graduating classes see problems in their relative way & would love to attack & fix. As people age, we begin to realize issues ranging from world poverty to fixing a mailbox are not so darn simple, after all. No snap-finger remedies for the worlds woes, I'm afraid. Peace.   • i grew up listening to these songs. they just dont make music like they use to. if you ask me, the old songs are the best.

  • If nothing else check out the names in the song. i don't think anyone names their kids by anything in the lyrics. Great song not really known in the mainstream. Awesome in its time.
