Ran some AI matches with a couple buddies, fuckin' around with Ziggs and trying him out ( Pretty good, btw. ) and the bots do seem a lot smarter. Actually felt like a challenge.

you made a mistake commenting on sivir: on the hunt is her ultimate not her passive! her passive is still untouched -> 50 flat movespeed for 2 seconds after hitting an enemy champ, but now her ultimate has a shorter duration and gives less movespeed

@quiksilverx420x Yes but when have you seen anyone with more then 2 bloodthirsters at endgame you sacrifice a GA or BV for some extra lifesteal when in the end the trade off just isn't worth it. Considering that APs can blow anything up in a few seconds flat having 100% spell vamp would be unreal when their ults hit for 1k+ on multiple targets so right now the lifesteal and spell vamp items are very balanced. Before the gunblade nerf all I did on Jax was boots and gunblade x5

@wowforthehorde boots ie pd bt bt ga/bv thats 50% lifesteal you are atleast getting a 500-600 heal.. On someone like graves or trist with their AS steriod thats that 1k a second. Im not saying 100% spellvamp should be possible im just saying lifesteal late game is much stronger due to the fact that you dont need CD's and can just 100% heal of a wave of creeps

I think they did the starks change wrong. a tank or AP support shouldn't be getting an item that doesn't (or barely) benefit them at all. ALL other "team support" items (Aegis of the Legion, Rhylia's Crystal Scepter, Frozen Mallet, Shyrelia's Revery, Soul Shroud) have a team effect that benefits the person who gets it as well. The new starks doesn't benefit a real tank or AP support much from lifesteal or attack speed. The worst part is they removed the only cheap upgrade of the vampiric scepter
