Hm...These enemies are somewhat too annoying, IMO.

Bad design decision, for starting opponents.

They are on almost every roof, it takes far too long to get rid of them (over long distance, that is) and they have unfair weapons/attacks which you cannot dodge.

The electrical shots should at least stun them longer or make it harder for them to hit you, due to muscle spasms.

First of all, I fail to see how anyone can compare a game like Prototype to Infamous. They are totally different. In fact, the only feature that Prototype, Assasin's Creed, and Infamous share is the parkour movement which allows easy navigation around obstacles. And the whole Alex Mercer and Cole fight is up for debate, because although Mercer is badass, Cole fucking shoots lighting from his goddamn hands.

Alex can use bio-mass to not only create an array of weaponry, shields and armor modes, but he can cause devastating wide area attacks that engulf everything in it's path.. Just cause he can shoot lightning doesn't mean anything.. But I will agree, that fight would be debatable.
