Well if they won't go there if you are already there, why dont you wait for them to show up, put a camera on a tripod watching them, then take another camera through the woods to see if you can get a close up?

i live in pa, and every if not most mornings around 4 am until the sun comes up theres one large strobing multiple colors [sometimes red, white and green with blue and orange mixed in, then later it'll switch to red white and blue] and i see other ones at differing distances throughout the night, and also planet look-alikes that move the wrong way across the sky but slowly as if orbiting, but idk if maybe those are satelites. also air conditioner sounds coming from the sky

i saw 2 moths ago an orange sphere in Spain, at night. It went to the sea, from north to south. The light was glimmer, and the speed was constant and quick but enought to see it during 10-20 segs. It passed over my head, at indetermined hight (but i was seeing it big, like moon size aprox). If it helps, it had a similar color to the cloudy sky. It flew beneath sky. Regards.

I've done quite a bit of research on the geoengineering and aerosol spraying since my area got hit heavy for 9 straight mos. in '06. We only had 3 in. of rain all that yr. I've noticed other UFO hotspots have uranium deposits underground as well as high radon gas. Also some crystal called: Celestine (high around Lake Erie, where they've been showing up too).

@truesqueak First of all, unless they're already parked IN there, when they spot humans, they just pick another patch of woods. Secondly, most so-called researchers are arm-chair types, don't do field investigations-seem to only peddle books. I have had a former Texas MUFON State Director drive all the way here to see them--he was certainly convinced even though they were very sparse those nights. He got violently ill shortly after seeing the first one--he thinks it was due to them somehow.

With same kind being spotted over Lake Erie from Euclid, Ohio side, it would be interesting if you could get with the guys filming this type there and coordinate a same-night watch from BOTH SIDES of the Lake at same time. Knowing their sizes are typically fairly small, you should not be able to see anything from your side -- but I'm wonder if anyone has seen them from your side? They seem to be all over the world...

Alison, have you ever watch these crafts going up into space? The reason I asked was because I've actually saw an orb flying toward the sky and out of our atmosphere until I couldn't see it any longer. Have you ever witnessed this?
