When Alexi Vakhonin won the 123 class gold medal in the 1964 Olympics he did a little dance with the 314 lb winning lift very similar to this one.I am sure Chris is aware of this..he did almost the same weight weighing almost the same...very impressive
Yes, I knew the name but didn't know he stood on one leg/danced. I think I picked that up from my old coach Dragomir Cioroslan but this is the first time I have ever done in in my life.
