Let me speculate for a second, IF.... if it was illegal to decide COSMETIC surgery on your child, and circumsicion would only be allowed for adults for who it is their own choice.... would you agree? Circumcision has been performed for thousands of years with no anesthetic at all. In most places, that's still the norm. And even with anesthetic, no one knows the pain experienced by the infant.

The cuts between closeup and wide shots would require multiple cameras, with the closeup cameras visible from the wide shot. There is nothing to indicate we have souls either. Empirical evidence is a rare commodity in life my Atheist friend, and I don't know why this is. Leaps of faith are taken in the science world as well as in life as a whole. I don't have a religion.

Morals are evolved due to ours being a social species. There is no proof humanity in China was any less moral prior to Jesus or Mohammad’s time on Earth. I'm an Atheist and have high morals. I do not require the threat of hell to keep me from misbehaving. I am a thoughtful, good person who treats others as I would them to treat me. This was taught by Confucius a normal human being who lived long before Jesus or Mohammad.

@BlameRepublicans Morals do not come from religions. They are a part of our being. Atheists have firmly classified themselves as animals, and as such are tied to the "survival of the fittest" rules. Animals aren't moral and have no conscience. Morals weaken a animal's conviction. Atheists simply can't stop integrating morals into their life. Isn't this abnormal behavior for animals? Lying,Stealing,and Killing are the rule and are assets for animals! Civilization wouldn't exist without morals.

In nature Humans do better when working in groups. People who obey rules that enhance group cohesion (morals) have a greater selection advantage over individuals who ALWAYS behave selfishly - thus the "selfish gene" has been selected out of the population. In simpler terms – “moral” people are more successful, thus “morals” are passed on.
