I absolutely adore the older version of Merlin. He has such expressive features when he is moving and uses his magic much more... he must really enjoy being able to set free his inner warlock to cause mayhem for his enemies. I can almost imagine him as the 'mayhem guy' for Middle Earth (based off the Allstate commericials)... "I am that pesky old wizard snooping through your house and destroying your plans..."
