For first time person, is it very hard? I want to go, but people say u hit the wall all the time and cannot do nice movements. Can anyone tell how is it on first time try? thanks,

its not that hard as long as u relax and do what the instructer says

it's quite tough to maintain stability. if you have 10' in the tunnel you canget the basics down i think
