all we have to do is breathe, practice breathing exercises to raise our vibration and activate our DNA, yoga and meditation are also ways to activate but if you waant to do us all a favor attend an ayahuasca ceremony where you can purge and activate in just one night. Preaching is not going to do anything we will be preaching enough when we are activated glowing and doing miraculous works but for now just concentrate on yourself its the only way to help with the changes
@5Dshapeshifter116 Thank you for your input, shape shifter. I agree that we all need to heal and shine love on those parts of ourselves which are not in perfect alignment yet. It is only my intention to express things as they come to me, as I have realized I am not the only one going through these things, and that this transition we are a part of began a long time ago. Meditation is actually what started some of my awakening process, and it is something I will talk about in detail later
@5Dshapeshifter116 I also know that DNA activation is going to occur naturally as we move forward, and that it is something that needs to be done in accordance with each person's individual path. As with this whole process, each step can only move as fast as the person can keep up. And even then it can seem too fast. I believe that teaching is especially important during this transition. I don't believe in preaching unless it is defined as teaching from personal experience

Ascending is not something that needs to be forced or prepared for, it is as natural as breathing however we must be in peace and live in the heart space. Connecting with our environment and Mother Earth is all that is required to assist her. We must remember you can not assist those who are not ready for the process, we are all on our own journey at this time. Peace.
@Thyalwaysseek Yes, I agree. Ascension is not something to be forced, and it will happen on its own accord. But I know that it can happen more gently, if more people are ready and willing to participate consciously in their growth and development. Yes, you are also right that everyone is on their own path. Which is why, even with my call to action, people must use their own guidance to tell them when the time is right. The time was right for me, but I was resisting full participation.
@Thyalwaysseek (continued) I also agree that piece and connecting with your heart-space is paramount during this time. Meditation is very good for this, and is actually what started the ball rolling so to speak for me, but I will get into that later :-). Thank you for posting such a thoughtful comment.

I had a chilling tingle down my spine listening to the last part of this video, I've always seemed to be dancing to a different beat from everyone else and I have been aware of an alternative spirituality to what is common but I haven't been able to connect with this 'knowing' feeling inside me ever since but now, I feel something starting! I think some of my anxiety “my fear” was coming from the knowing that I needed to get my message out, and that we and probably many others, needed to do something. To be brave enough to be loving and kind in the world. Plus, it was my 1st video. I made a video response, so if you'd like to watch that, feel free.

... and ask the Divine or Mother Earth, which places will be safe for them to be at during this period of transition. There are many such places and this transition can be a glorious one! The Earth will go through earthquakes and such - no point for us to try and stop it - you can view it as the contractions a mother has when birthing a child. @TheIndigoHour, Please remember to meditate. You are very beautiful and courageous to get this message out. It is much needed but please don't take on so much. This lowers vibrations. We must meditate and visualise peace, love, and healing as if already happening/ happened. There is much power in this. Quantum scientists are even able to measure exactly how many meditators have effected or will effect any given population etc eg crime rate, purirying drinking water etc.

Very courageous. I'm increasingly feeling the same way, yet at the same time not yet feeling up to it. It is a big inner conflict. Not yet fully trusting my inner voice/world, yet feeling so very very much like it's time to, like you put it, "step out of my cocoon". My fear and doubt are still too great, I have come from far, and have dealt with much already, and I am tired, wanting this to be over. We are all still adjusting and manifesting all our energies in our bodies. Activation. Our bodies are adjusting too. If we will force to use it now we will fail on the exact time. When all of us are ready on the exact time. Our light guide will merge to our bodies and unite as one. If you will notice no one among us knows when will be the exact date. Only our light guide knows. When the time they merge our physical bodies we will go together as one.
@Prince4UTheBalancer I can see Where you're coming from. And I believe that we are in the transition between having 3rd dimensional bodies and a more high vibrating one. All the same, I think we must begin to be who we truly are, and to let our kindness show. This goes for everyone on the planet. However, I wish to give you some my advice to you too! Do try to do your best in life to overcome the difficulties and fear not for the others, for everything is as divinely ordained, even their fate. For each soul has their own path and choice, even our closest loved ones. As long as you have done your part to help them, that is the most important issue. And always learn to trust your Higher Self intuition in guiding you even when things seem dark.
For the strongest of the brave need not weapons, but words to simply awaken those that are in slumber....
Keep doing what you are doing my dear sister. By showing strength and determination at such an important time, you are clearly a source of inspiration for us all. You are clearly a wayshower and a guide....and for this I thank you.

all we have to do is breathe, practice breathing exercises to raise our vibration and activate our DNA, yoga and meditation are also ways to activate but if you waant to do us all a favor attend an ayahuasca ceremony where you can purge and activate in just one night. Preaching is not going to do anything we will be preaching enough when we are activated glowing and doing miraculous works but for now just concentrate on yourself its the only way to help with the changes

It is only my intention to express things as they come to me, as I have realized I am not the only one going through these things, and that this transition we are a part of began a long time ago. Meditation is actually what started some of my awakening process, and it is something I will talk about in detail later

@5Dshapeshifter116 I also know that DNA activation is going to occur naturally as we move forward, and that it is something that needs to be done in accordance with each person's individual path. As with this whole process, each step can only move as fast as the person can keep up. And even then it can seem too fast. I believe that teaching is especially important during this transition. I don't believe in preaching unless it is defined as teaching from personal experience

Ascending is not something that needs to be forced or prepared for, it is as natural as breathing however we must be in peace and live in the heart space. But I know that it can happen more gently, if more people are ready and willing to participate consciously in their growth and development. Yes, you are also right that everyone is on their own path. Which is why, even with my call to action, people must use their own guidance to tell them when the time is right. The time was right for me, but I was resisting full participation.

I think some of my anxiety “my fear” was coming from the knowing that I needed to get my message out, and that we and probably many others, needed to do something. Sorry - I couldn't listen to the whole video - it was too full of fear my dear. Nothing to fear from or worry about, sweety <3. Sending you lots of love, ease and joy! The Earth will go through earthquakes and such - no point for us to try and stop it - you can view it as the contractions a mother has when birthing a child. It is a normal process for the Earth and it has happened before as well, so... don't worry about her :). What people can do is listen to the wisdom of their hearts (cont.)

We must meditate and visualise peace, love, and healing as if already happening/ happened. There is much power in this. Very courageous. I'm increasingly feeling the same way, yet at the same time not yet feeling up to it. It is a big inner conflict. Not yet fully trusting my inner voice/world, yet feeling so very very much like it's time to, like you put it, "step out of my cocoon". My fear and doubt are still too great, I have come from far, and have dealt with much already, and I am tired, wanting this to be over. It is only truly possible to be of service to one's neighbor if one steps out of their shell (house, computer, etc.) and go out into the world to be present for others. This could be your neighbor next door, or a stranger on the street. :)

For each soul has their own path and choice, even our closest loved ones. As long as you have done your part to help them, that is the most important issue. And always learn to trust your Higher Self intuition in guiding you even when things seem dark.
