While WinMo 7 looks nice, WinMo untill now has been absolutely horrid, and Andoid really isnt that bad if you actually try it, i have a HTC Hero, and ill looking to get the Legend, maby even over the Desire because i dont like the look of the Desire the the Legends one piece case milled out of solid alu really swings the vote for me, why couldnt they have put the Desire inside this case??!!
Im looking for the Desire, but I like legend's case better :P HTC desire on Clove UK is 350 euros and the legend is 320, you really get ALOT more with the desire (double RAM, +400mhz of processor, better camera, higher resolution) so Im looking for it :)

This sucks it has Android built in and Not windows mobile. I dont want a google system has they suck! That ok I rather get the awesome powerful Windows phone 7 has it going to blow away Iphone, Android, and Droid
