Yes the NC33 can sail - or at least the tall rig, modified fin keel version. True Blue could move along very well, considering her ketch sail plan and 9 tons displacement.
Every voyage I had taken on that boat was awesome. Unfortunately, we sold her - due to my first mate's fear of sailing . . . one of the reasons why I sailed her solo during that last sail.
