that is awesome! couple questions tho: how many habanero's did you use, what were the end spices, how much beef, and how much ground red savina? and where can you get red savina's, i've been looking around and haven't seen anywhere
Putting the chilli in that early is just showmanship, it causes the chilli create a burning smell that hurts the eyes and nose. Just put it in a few minutes before serving.
