    1. When your doing your arm wave go slow like in segments in this order

     A. Finger B. Wrist C. Elbow D. Shoulder

    Chest(optional) E. Everything on the other arm

    Same thing on your body waves you wanna go in segments so yea.

    Go slow then speed up little by little!

    Good job look forward to seeing more vids from ya.
