He IS hacking... look at the begining of the video.. at about 3 seconds he scrolls throgh his classes really fast. But all of his classes have a Set 2 perk (stopping power, cold blooded etc), acting as his grenade. So in other terms, his ump silenced class has scavenger, lightweight, commando, and stopping power ( which is acting as his grenade).
