  • Great video. I was intimidated about replacing the memory until I saw how simple it was. Yee-Haw!

  • is it possible to upgrade this to 8G of ram? i have 3G now.. xps m1330 intel T700 2.2 GHz

  • do u think this would be a similar process on the new one?

Coz i have a dell xps 17 l702x and i kinda wanna put another ram card in the but im not really sure how to do it....

  • I appreciate it! Helped out a lot when I just upgraded my memory on my Dell!

  • Thank you!

  • Well done. Simple video but very effecive

  • I had installed 64 bit Windows 7. Upgraded the RAM to 4 GB and this video really helped. Thanks.

  • I have a question for you. Do you get easily drivers for Graphic Card and Mouse Scrolling or W7 do it automatically?

  • @raffaninov I just have the W& generics and it works fine for the routine tasks like email, browsing, power point.

  • @annisha1975 thanks

  • don't waste tour time

  • Ahoo... replace your RAM in a Cowboy way

  • corsair sucks, there psu have failed me for the last time ive been through 3 tx 750w in half a year and their gay ass support sucks.

  • Hey, how do I know If my laptop slots are filled with 2 1g RAMs or 1 2g RAM?

  • look in bios or look at ur memory should be under a flap under the laptop it SHOULD say what the sticks are 256 or 512 or 1gb

  • im guessing you didnt watch the video....OPEN THE LAPTOP AND COUNT THE STICKS

  • are there special specifications for the sticks of RAM for the M1330? im new to this pls help (:

  • hahaha! nice vid! corsair rocks!

one q: if you install two pair of 2 gb ram (yeah geniuses, it will be 4 gb), but 32-bits crappy vista uses only 3,5?

my lowest usage (m1330, 2 gb ram, vista 32-bits home "premium"), i mean idle process plus kaspersky, is about 800 mb (!), so wtf?!

  • why do you need to be grounded??? isnt it unplugged?

  • does this void the warranty?

  • Not unless you inform Dell that you replaced RAM. I don't think anyone is such a fool.

  • Nope. Dell will just ask you to replace the non-Dell memory w/ their memory if they need to eliminate the non-Dell memory as being an issue.

  • what? no wrist strap!? bad bad bad

Come on corsair, you want people to damage their ram or... oh, yeah of course you do hehe

  • you dont need a wrist strap as long as you are grounded and have an equal charge as the computer.

  • May sound stupid but is the video card in there too? and is it justa s easy to replace?

(for later of courese 180 mb is just fine for now)

  • p.s sorry for the horrible spelling.

(i always thought you would have to go back in and install various cd's and do much harder stuff) thanks for the vid.

  • You'll never know when this will come in handy! Even though I have 2 GB of memory already, it won't hurt to get more! :D

  • wher can you bye that memory, price..?

    an dteah. good video

  • good video

  • Very good video. Nice music. And simple instructions. Thank you.
