that freaking infinity dragon is a Bad-Ass i try to kill myself and he heals fully they do measley dmg compared to mine all i did was his breath move and 5 of em got killed ershin was defending so it wasn't really that much man if would have to fight it then i'd have less a chance killing that then the rider(strongest enemy in the game NOTE I SAID ENEMY NOT BOSS)...... Tyrant and Kaiser dragon fused together and become that white dragon. When Fou-Lu absorbs Ryu and becomes dominant he summons that dragon(Which you control) and kills everyone.
Select "I don't know.." and Ryu will reject Fou-Lu's ideology. This will cause a scene for you to fight his dragons in an effort to absorb Ryu. These fights are not easy.
Just a correction, for the very last choice, u have "I dont know" and "you're wrong!" (the last thing fou lu said was that humans dont deserve dragons' help). choose "you're wrong!" to fight him and "I don't know" to get absorbed
soif foulu absorbs ryu. then its the destruction while if ryu absorbs fou lu. then its peace.. yorae the dragon of peace or destuction depends on which one wins..
what a majore fancy this game is..too much i like the game too im going to make a film called "70000trillion doller boizz" based for the kaiser awakening part...

breath of fire dragon quarter was awesome. I liked it much better than this game and it was one of the few rpg I didn't mind real time battles. still breath of fire 3 is my fav in the series
There are actually a lot things that suggests that the BoF games takes place in the same universe. Nina's great great great grandmother in BoF2, the mural in BoF3, and so on. Deathevan even said the he was left behind by Myria after she was defeated. Havent played 5 so dunno what connections it has with the others BoFs.
Yup those black wings because of Ryu...sly dog, hehehe, couldn't resist..and I'm probably not the only one who thought of naughty things with Ninas map attack in BoF3..in her adult form..where he waves her magic wand..and for some reason pushes her but into the air.

Yeah. More commonly referred to as Breath of Fire Dragon Quarter for the PS2. It was released back in 2003, I believe. The gameplay is so much different than the previous games, but the music is really good. And I have to say it has my favorite ending I've seen to a Breath of Fire game.

Yes and No There ARE similarities between the games that unite them, however, the story and Timeline is completely Different. Part 5 takes place in an underground world, however, it is unsaid whether it is the same world as part 4, or a completely new world. Either way, their both damn good games.
Wouldn't the "real" ending be a prequel to Bof, BoF2 and BoF3 because Yuna said that he'd "create more gods" and his "children" are Myria/Tyr and Deis/Bleu and his "grandchild" is Deathevn....
for what ive noticed.. each bof dont seem to be a prequel or a sequel coz they feature different storylines and goals with the same characters.. bof 3 cannot be a prequel for bof4.. nina and ryu doenst know each other @ bof 4 at the beginning.. that explains it..
BoF 1-3 are sequels to each other. It is specifically pointed out that BoF2's Nina is a descendant of BoF1's, and the BoF1 Nina makes a guest appearance explaining so. The mural of the final battle from BoF1 that plays during the opening animation in BoF3 is also on the wall in Dragnier. The old man who gives you your Kaiser power explains the mural's historical significance as well.
BoF4 is set in a alternate universe, evidenced by BoF3's Momo explaining that she fell through dimensions.

No, BoF4 is not an alternate universe, it´s the first one in the timeline, this is evidenced at the very end of the true ending, when one of the empire survivors (forgot his name now) made a reference that soon he would create Myria (final boss in every past BoF game), which makes sense, since he created all those monsters from people.
Momo´s probably just a cameo. Teepo and Rei appear as well, and they never explained how.

And even if he did create "a" Myria, there's other evidence supporting BoF4 being a separate continuity. Wyndians, for example, can hover, but not fly nor transform; Abilities they should have if BoF4 is set in the past. As well, Deis reveals in BoF3 that Myria is her sister. A Yuna-created god could not be her sister except possibly metaphorically.

yes.. playing against the strongest is 1 one the best goals of gamers like me so i would chose to dis agree with him.. and i dont want to fight my comrades and finish them off you know? it depends upon you.. bad or good ending depends upon the players.. thats 1 thing that makes bof very nice.. just try to beat the game with the 2 endings and compare whats satisfies you more. ^^
I personally think it is the opposite of the True Ending, instead of "killing" the Gods he would kill all humans, and live in that planet as his true world.

It can be done only if you mess with the game using a memory editor such as cheat engine, I did this so that I had modified the dragon's HP down to 1 and could not heal each turn, all that happens is the dragon is defeated and you get the grayed out "Game Over" screen. Sort of funny though. :) I should do it and upload a video of that sometime :)
You're sort of missing the point. This ending is if you effectively take the "evil" easy option and don't have to go through the final battle. Obviously, you're gonna get a better ending if yo pick the "good" harder option.

Never beat the game. Got stuck at the dog guarding the pyramid, almost every single time, and when I finally beat him, I forgot to save first. Still, didn't matter much, the game wasn't that good, and the cutscenes took ages.
I really tried, and I got pretty good at it, but I simply couldn't get into it. The story was really interesting, but it just didn't grab my attention.
This is suppose to be connected to BoF3 and theres many hints, if you played the game, just think of this as what happens after you beat the final boss.
That an I think Cray and Deis say they have strange dreams of another life or something to that effect.. it's been so long.
Hinting that Cray is reincarnated Rei(sp?).
That and theres hints that this is the real world and Deis and Myria were in the fake world, and what happened when Fou-Lu/Ryu really came, Fou-Lu took over the real world (explains why he has an empire already and couldn't find Ryu at all during that time, and why Ryu falls from the sky)
And that Ryu got transported to the fake world were he was a kid (since it never in BoF3 WHY he's in that crystal) Thats why they can make more cause they still have the fake world (To bad Myria is dead)
And if you go deeper... the "fake world" Myria was suppose to gouvern it while they make Endless in it and transport them to the real world (Explains Myria Station and why theres so many boss like creatures ..Pre-Endless creations)
the real ending is where you, your party members, and the whole mankind is alive. you just suck at this game bcause you were not able to get the good ending!!

Near of ending Fou-Lu will ask you if you want join to him and turn in a complete dragon and govern the mankind.
If you accept you fight with your party and havi the bad end else you'll fight with Fou-Lu.

Try leveling up and figuring out the combo system. It gets really fun.

I really tried, and I got pretty good at it, but I simply couldn't get into it. The story was really interesting, but it just didn't grab my attention.

This is suppose to be connected to BoF3 and theres many hints, if you played the game, just think of this as what happens after you beat the final boss.

That an I think Cray and Deis say they have strange dreams of another life or something to that effect.. it's been so long.
Hinting that Cray is reincarnated Rei(sp?).
That and theres hints that this is the real world and Deis and Myria were in the fake world, and what happened when Fou-Lu/Ryu really came, Fou-Lu took over the real world (explains why he has an empire already and couldn't find Ryu at all during that time, and why Ryu falls from the sky)

And that Ryu got transported to the fake world were he was a kid (since it never in BoF3 WHY he's in that crystal) Thats why they can make more cause they still have the fake world (To bad Myria is dead)
And if you go deeper... the "fake world" Myria was suppose to gouvern it while they make Endless in it and transport them to the real world (Explains Myria Station and why theres so many boss like creatures ..Pre-Endless creations)
Though thats from just looking at the hints...

the real ending is where you, your party members, and the whole mankind is alive. you just suck at this game bcause you were not able to get the good ending!!

i hate this ending its so sad especially when nina said 'is that u ryu?? T_T im glad i finished the game with the good ending.. nice vid man thx for making me remember this game..
