@fjoesnisse Folks in Georgia only have this problem a couple of time a year - so snow tires aren't usually worth the money. It's best just to stay home a few hours extra and let the ice melt.

@MotorsbyShooter Down here in Georgia we aren't all that practiced on icy roads. We keep saying "Don't go out if you don't need to and if you do - slow down." But not everyone checks the local news in the morning before they head out.
@cameramandavid We dont have much in Fort Worth either, but the news people here get in their face when they screw up...sorta like calling it like it is and they usually call certain drivers STUPID. It is funny to me, and I have no problems laughing in people's faces when they crash. I would help them if they are hurt, but 99% of the time, their vehicle is all that is hurt. I just dont understand why people dont think.
@tylerknight36 I don't think you can say "Women can't drive" The other wreck was a guy and most of the folks that got in trouble were guys. I just think this is Atlanta and the roads aren't salted quickly and most of us are not used to driving on icy streets so we don't have enough experience. Thanks for commenting though.
