Inward Chaos is just Chaos' "EX Mode". I played through Ultimate Fantasy. He was a total bitch to beat, but I did it.

He didn't go Inward once. I still got the Genji Set in the PP Catalog.

You really need to practice your blocking...Chaos is easy to read and block accordingly. The fact that you just spam attacks and eat them unnecessarily is just making it all that much harder for you.

believe it or not, WoL is one of the easier toons to defeat chaos with. The key is to use xp to bravery to avoid break after you deal hp damage with his many bravery-hp combos. Also, there are many moments where you can spam shield of light and you'll block many of his moves. The key to defeating Chaos with any toon is to study and learn his move set so you can avoid/counter them.

What I did is that mid air.......shield chucking move and chain it with Bitter End. I try to get Chaos to a wall with Bitter End, dodge over him, and repeat.

the main thing is too watch out for his move Divine Judgement. Unless you got tons and tons of health you got no chance. also he has a giant form when he throws hos jump as HIGH AS POSSIBLE! the damage after the swords blow decreases as long as you ain't on the ground or close to it.

Ohhh yeah, seems like you found Cloud trump card. The Defense Crush attribute his attacks gain in EX are invaluable. Its the reason why I was able to beat him. That and Omnislash V5 are the key to the match.

Best I can think of is use it in the air high enough so that he doesn't hit the ground. The ending lag of him catching the sword is really annoying, and as a Cloud player, nothing annoys me more than that. Aside from that, next best choice would to spam the dodge away from him and hope to get away in time.

Depending on what phase you can reach, you may want to overlevel yourself. I won with a lv55 Terra and it took me around 25 tries at least.

dodge toward him when he shoots fire at you.

you should end up behind him, allowing a counter attack.

when he swipes his claws at you block and he will be staggerd leaving him open for attack.

when he does his 360 claw swipe dodge and if possible attack with hp attack.

he attacks 4x during demon dance, during his final attack u can counter with an hp attack.

once you reach the top stay there until he does brink of delusion.

as soon as you see the yellow circles appear quickly move to an open spot.

you cant fight chaos in story mode with sephiroth only in quick battle but you have to finish the game first before you can unlock chaos to fight against and then youll want to use sephiroth in battle collosium to level him up first any way... so yer

Basically, it's a brave to HP attack. If you have it equipped to Cloud, then just slash twice with Slashing blow and then press square. you should then use Omni Slash VER 5

take biggs and wedge. they are featured in EVERY final fantasy but they are different in each. in VII they were avalanche members. in VIII they were guards. in IX they were competitors in the festival.

always different. chaos is an enemy in I, an airship in XII, a limit in VII.

also, you DON'T need strategy to kill ruby OR emerald, because of Vincent's death penalty. for every monster that vincent kills with death penalty, one hit point is added on the average number of damage he can do with it. i went to the first cavern and kept killing a bunch of low level monsters with death penalty and after one or two days he was doin around 65000 damage and dropped emerald weapon and ruby weapon in two-three hits.

4x cut / Added CutH

Master Command / HP absorb

Mime / Counter

then u dont even need to be at the place under the fight cuz cloud keeps attacking and holds his HP

I call bulls***; you can't do more than 9999 damage in one attack in FFVII. The only Final Fantasies that have allowed that are VIII with Eden, X with Break Damage Limit, and XII with Quickening Chains. Besides, even if you could do 65k per hit, it would take you closer to 20 hits to drop Emerald or Ruby, since they each have 1 million hp.

Yes omnislash version 5. You can activate it by using two hit air attack and then pressing square before the third hit connects.

I am going to assume you didnt know about break bonus. when you make his brave reach 0 you get the brave in the middle added to your attack making it harder hitting.

inward chaos is a bastard but the trick to him is not items equipement or summons, but timing. get his timing right and you got him in the bag.
