Ustashe killing methods were even said to shock the most hardened SS men. Very true that the Chetniks were Nazi allies just the same. They even fought alongside the Ustashi against the Partisans in numerous occasions.

Whatever the Royal Yugoslav government did to Croatians, that does not excuse the brutal killing of Serb civilians by the Ustashe fascist regime. Participating in the Holocaust, war against the USSR, implementing racial laws equal to Nazi Germany, is by no means a mere "means to an end". The Ustashi were all brutal killers like all Nazi puppets.

Serbian police were killing Croatian students in their own country. Serbs killed Stephan Radic only becuse he was vouching for Croatian independence. War against USSR is a war against Red menace.
