  • It may be a nice set up - but a big problem when you enter FSX, sometimes the Saitek system freezes up!

I think that it should be working properly before selling it on the market. Yes, my system is all up to date before you ask.

  • @planes142 they're probably making it combatiple

  • the saitek pro flight panel is rubbish. It is NOT compatible with ANY addon aircraft for fsx. It doesn't even tell you that on their website or packaging!

  • Dude thats cool but you need a life

  • Too bad the switch panel isnt compatible with all simulators, was looking at getting that to free up some buttons on my Saitek X45 but at last I dont use Flight Simulator X, I am not too fond of flying comercial jets or small single engine planes.

  • how much usb ports is on that thing In fact how would it all fit please reply im curios

  • Dear Santa all I want for Christmas is.....LOL

  • How do i get the VOR1 and VOR2 on this panels?

  • Comment removed

  • Could the yoke and pedals work on fs2004

  • Amazon mafia hiding behind

  • I bought it from your PC $ 2400 from Amazon and the gang are all idle

  • They need to make a force feedback system for their yoke and peddles would be 100% more realistic. I want to feel the turbulence in the controls and when I stall I want to feel it, and poorly trimmed aircraft. So if you where looking at ways to make your great yoke and peddles system greater please do!

  • no DME info, but a VOR needle...

  • Why are the primary instruments not correctly arranged?

  • The Instrument modules here would allow me to mock up a full set of Kollsmans, excepting the sizes and multiple functions in one gauge (the 4.25" ADI packs a turn-and-slip in the case, with needle and bars below the ball---a function requiring two Pro Flight instrument modules).

  • Thinking of building one using an Atmel chip, shift register, and FSUIPC/WIDEFS

  • I have the right half of that setup, and the rotary encoders for the radios are really sensitive and the A/P fights with the on screen A/P. Just my experience.

  • Hey Check out proflightsims(dot)org

  • nice setup, i wish they would make a mech game that you could get stuff like this

  • How much

  • @chair5432 ~1200$

  • any body use this with Rise of Flight

  • where do you get multi-engine control throttles

  • This equipment is great to someone training in twin or single prop learning IFR

  • video super

  • Just got the yoke.

  • for the switch panel... do you just plug in and play?

  • hey guys that made this video: how much did all of this setup cost? I am building a home cockpit this summer and I just need an estimate as to the cost of this

  • Does all this stuff work with add on aircraft like the PMDG 747-400?

  • Ok. Where's the VOR indicator? You have the radio stack to set the channels. But no VOR needle/obs.

  • your store suck'S EBAY ALL THE WAY!

  • I need atleast one of those guages, thats all i need cus u can toggle each one ( i would probobly leave it on airspeed) the yoke includes mode switch to I can assign different control patterns depending on which mode Iam in, example, mode one can have all my viewing controls, I want to bring up my gps and mess with that, so I switch to mode 2 and I now have GPS controls. Its great!

  • You should put the system in the hands of this 500 hours pilot... I have yet to use one, but the product looks great.

  • @noelari1990 Now all they need is a fake FAA to be riding your ass all the time and you're good.

  • @RADIOACTIVEBUNY lol, good call man!

  • landing gear lever is up but lights are green FAIL

  • the digital counter, the aircraft instruments, Jesus Christ!!! What the hell are you going for, a better Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator experience, or actual Fighter Pilot Dog Fight Simulations?!? for Christ sake, it looks like the went & got ahold of a decommissioned military aircraft of some kind, like lets say a Vietnam War Era F4 Phantom (for good measure) & took all the instruments from it & made like a simulated cockpit from it....

  • @thedeem0N Err no. This is for a flight simulator of commercial aircraft. Combat aircraft are rare in FSX, typically it is limited to an F18 (though other 3rd party add-ons are available). The point here is the realism of FSX is close to as good as it gets for nearly nothing in terms of price. The equipment here is just enhancing the 'realism' and quite frankly, the convenience of the flight experience. turning analog knobs is much better than clicking a mouse..

  • I want to know why the lights where on and gree when he was in the up position to begin with.

  • @ehab007bob

You can fly a helicopter with a yoke, IMO is much better.

  • if ONLY they were cheaper..I mean 150.00$ for the AUTOPILOT PANEL ALONE???? >_>

  • Where from you hate the quadrant him, nevertheless, it only gives

black, blue, red (on the left to the right)

and if one two nebeneinader puts, nevertheless, is:

black, blue, red, black, blue, red

  • @TheJulibord You are able to customize it to make it black back, blue blue, red red.

  • Ok, thats not the basic six arrangement... My scan would be totally screwed up. I think its all cool, except i prefer the CH pedals, and those little displays seem pointless. It may be fun to look through the big screen 'outside', but flying VFR on these sims is tremendous more difficult than in real life.

  • what about choppers ?

  • Hi. I'm having trouble with finding a computer that has enough memory. I only have about £400 to spend and don't know what to get. The screen has to be BIG so I can see everything properly (atleast 21"). Any suggestions?

  • what if i wanted to fly a jet aircraft

  • The IFR T is not set up corretly.

  • Hey man, nice vid, but I'm having a problem with the switch panel. I use it apart from my yoke, and plug it in into my pc USB-ports. But when I go to control panel, it's showing up as an "Unknown Device". It also doesn't work at all in FSX. I've installed the software and I have clicked Run in the popup. Any suggestions what to do know. I have a good pc and windows 7 x64. Thanks in advance

  • @arjennovic hey man I was having problems getting my rudders to work correctly by plugging into the yoke.-just plug the switch panel into a usb on the CPU itself and try that.

  • how do you connect the second throttle quadrant?

  • Why always on hardware showing videos is used default fsx plane??

  • Awesome! All we need now is some space simulation control panels for gamers who like to do space games.

  • But do you have a NAV / GPS switch button ? Or do you need to config one on the yoke?

  • where can you buy flightsim 10

  • @Larskals3th ebay of course

  • @Larskals3th

    Online obviously

  • garbage if is not compatible with payware aircrafts¡¡¡¡

  • I would love this rather than using a mouse i can now use my own hands. BRILLIANT!!!!!! I love the idea. how ever who could dislike this no lifes searching for things they don't like :@ (saitek need a big clap) £1000 here i come

  • Looks really cool, and I'd love to get a setup like ..... for my linux-driven FlightGear setup. Nothing I've seen addresses that. Do you people know anything about it?

  • how much does it cost when i buy them all?

  • @nilspronk about £1000 - £1500. Each item costs between £100 - £139.99

  • Frankly, I love it. I'm a pilot in real life and flight sims are still fun. Nothing like coming home after work and shooting a couple of back course ILS approaches with an engine out after a few beers (in really bad weather). Or just fly the Cub around the patch with the door off. This is stuff I never get to do now.

  • @Methyss Have you price planes lately? it seems not lol

  • holy crap! That looks freakin awesome!

I remember playing Flight Simulator on windows 3.1! LMAO!

    this looks so cool!

  • This is so cool!

  • An actual airplane is cheaper!!!

  • @Methyss not even close and i dnt care for your sarcasm

  • @dfx961 no sense of humor?

  • LOCO DICE

  • DURKA DURKA

  • My computers and laptops cant handle the game even though to try it I only used the demo, do I need a gaming computer or is it just that my computers are quite old? Also does anyone have a clue how much all of the equipment would cost?

  • It works only with default planes, isn't it?

  • just slap a second video card in get a 2 mointer and you can fit all those instruments for 100 less

  • just slap a second video card in get a 2 mointer and you can fit all those instrments for 100 less

  • do each of the instrument sqaure panel take 1 usb each or is the whole 6 worth one usb slot. because the new computer im getting has 10 usb slots take 1 away for the keyboard and mouse thats only 9 and i wondering if it all fits in the 9. If i dont have enough is there any slots on the yoke that will allow me to put some of the instrument panels on. I heard there were 3 USB slots on the yoke.

    Can you please help?

    Nycdude66

  • is all of this compatible with x-plane 9?

  • @buffcrkgamer i don't know if EVERYTHING is compatible with XP9 but

the Pro Flight Yoke, Throttle, Multi- and Navigation-panels are compatible - even on a Mac !

  • hmm is there any way to screw or fix the hardware together ?

  • So this system takes 13 of your usb ports is'nt it ? lol

  • i just got this whole package and do you need to buy a USB adapter? and how do you start installing the hardware?

  • how the instruments are connect with the computer? with usb?

  • yea it have

  • I'm surprised the multi-panel doesn't have an IAS/Mach switch to use for jets.

  • yea it have one

  • @gaspita Oh, really? Please tell me where there is a mach switch/selector on the Saitek multi panel.

  • @8thRRFS there is an autothrottle, but unfourtunately only and IAS switch, no mach

  • @NikySportsPromotion Yeah, I just started using it. I find that when flying Jets, if I set the IAS to 250 kts up to 15,000' and then set it to 270 kts for 15000' and higher, it works out fairly well as far as an accurate mach setting.

  • how do you get the extra throttle?

  • @CONNO123A Ask Santa Claus for one...

  • do these products work with flight sim 2004 if not what could i use

  • @mast123100 they do all work on fs2004

  • @spruill7716 good tanx

  • @SGTDPTJonson well, you started it? LOL!

  • ordered the switch panel yesterday, Seatbelt and smoking sign should be included.

  • @SGTDPTJonson well you cant just get in a real plane and expect to fly no problems.

    you need good practice

  • That looks nice. I bought the x52 pro. I got so fustrated with it not working that I finally tore the handel off and broke it into pieces.

  • im thinking of buying the switch panel, but don't want to connect it to the yoke. how do you mount it onto your desk?

  • Comment removed

  • does it work with x-plane too ?

The m$ sim is so outdated nowadays,.

  • How did you hold this thottle set down the table?

  • hi great set up mate are you able to also use this set up with other filght sims too ??

  • @SGTDPTJonson You sir have no life. Get your butt out of that damn office chair and stop making stupid comments on Youtube. Saitek is awesome.

  • look at his arm at 2:08 OMG its the same Rolex that I have. I think it is a Daytona

  • except its super fricking expensive , and avation company, its flight sim , now im thinking about buyng this stuff but they shoulda did a better job with the radio and the mcp, basically a much cheaper version of what go flight did

  • i have the yoke system and i am looking forward to buy the switch panel because i am just angry when i have to switch the view to see the light switches

  • @SGTDPTJonson Oh and your stupid. I got my yoke and throttle yesterday and it was damn worth it. I trust this company well and respect its good pricing and value. "Get A Life" and learn the value of this. Also Are you poor? 60USD isn't that bad lol

  • i am willing to bet £50 that the guy who is is asking the questions has not one minute of flying time in either FSX or a real aircraft cockpit., or even a single clue about flying at all.

  • @windogmassey1 im sure your right, and that whole set up is rediculously expensive too, i mean just the 6 Flight Instrument Panels its £649.95

  • thank you so much .

  • SAY-TECH! NOT PSY-TECH! >:O

  • @smarty5692 *saitech**???

  • Instruments not laid out correctly as per a real aircraft....

  • nice, I want to get the yoke, pedals, quadrant, and either the multi panel or switch panel. I might get the switch panel because I hate how on some plane layouts, they hide the landing gear switch behind the yoke or right down in the bottom right when your trying to land. Its a shame the magneto switch doesn't switch back to both when let go from start, and landing gear lever doesn't switch back to the middle. I just calculated the entire set up shown there would cost you just over £1k.

  • God, thats so kickass!

  • I have a CH Yoke and Pedals.. I want to join to of the Saitek Pro Flight throttle quadrants together to form a twin engine quadrant.. will it work?

  • @LilSkeezy27 Yes it should. The coloured heads on the levers can be switched so you can get two throttles, two mixtures and two props. Good luck starting your cockpit!

  • @SGTDPTJonson get a life?what do yuo mean get a life? that only works with piontless games like halo. flight sim is for people who want to follow there dreams or people who werent good enoguh they get all that stuff to feel like a real pilot.

  • @iwantpk2 woot, exactly

  • @iwantpk2 I would agree with you, except I can no longer fly a real aircraft due to failing the medical thanks to an evolutionist who belives we came from rocks, and are just a bunch of worthless chemicals, and so didnt think anything of randomly hitting me over the head while I was out walking one day.

  • @iwantpk2 wondering if u could help me ,,, the saitek throttel has three levers for propeled aircraft can you change them to airliners (jet usage) like 737 has two could you programme two levers say red and blue 1 to do this? any help plz :)

  • @benzipz Hey, If you talking about Flight Simulator X, all you need to do is go into the menu in the game and find the engine you want and then press the button you want to use for the specific engine and then your done!

    -Peter

  • @iwantpk2 and wich game is not piontless for you?

  • @iwantpk2 oh shit my bad i got the meaning of your comment after 5min or so lol

  • @iwantpk2 you speek sennce

  • @iwantpk2 ... you are kind of right ... but a flight sim can also help with those who go into real flight . The discipline and navigation etc.... you can have fun with a flight sim with a few beers or take it very serious and learn a hell of a lot .

There are lessons on how to switch on and take off in a plane .... you cant knock that .. some of it is so real .

  • @evsynator you're right too :) I have some of this stuff and with my overclocked i7 sli system with triple screen is this AMAZING. You can also smoke weed shile playing this, not only beer lol :D

  • @Lucasdeboer .... the days of me smoking the waccy baccy are over ... but I can also remember taking acid 30 years ago..... things like this would have been so fucking amazing no one could comprehend . Now days its took for granted that we have this stuff.... in those days we wanted it and they said we were mad for thinking it ..... lol .... thanks .

  • @iwantpk2 Actually flight Sims are great for training as well, im using it to help me get my PPL

  • @iwantpk2 While I completely agree with the rest of what you said, it's not cool to call out other games as being "pointless". You could say that about 90% of all activities that human beings take part in on a day-to-day basis.

  • @iwantpk2 Don't talk shit about Halo. Srsly though, Halo is fun as hell (and I am an avid flight sim enthusiast.)

  • on gameshark you can buy it complete with joystick throttle all panels one display gauge and a flight headset and rudder and power adapter for $929.95

  • It's a divorce on a desk. Brilliant :)

  • anyone have this full setup and can speak on its accuracy and reliability. I saw one vid of a guy who had this setup and says the lcds lag displays for alt, hdg, etc. lag and are not responsive like they should be. Any comments?

  • That realy kick ass, but its kind of unnecesary. I mean id buy it if it cost say USD 500, but the set costs a fortune, and provides nothing your PC screen cant' provide, except for the yoke and the pedals.

Still its pretty cool and id rather have it than not, but for the price is not that great.

  • damn i want that.

  • damn!

  • So when is the Saitek Force Feedback Pilot Seat and Air Traffic Controller Console coming out? j/k

But seriously, this is awesome stuff! Sexy much!

  • cool i like that, I have the yoke , throtal and padals now i need to get the whole stuff.

but how to calibratet to ur pc ?? to make it more acurat and feel like real ??

  • I want this in my life!!!

  • @houmam52823 ME 2!!!

  • some say this products are cheap but for me they do the job

  • HOLY CRAP!
