God bless all who gave their lives that we may live free. We should never take for granted the freedoms we have, because the highest cost of all has been paid for them.
Thanks for the lovly video tribute. I started to cry. My father was buried at Arlington in 2004 and tomorrow is Father's Day 2009. I miss him very much. He sacrificed a lot for this country. Thanks for doing such a wonderful thing.
my brother told me the day he finished training and was told he was going, that if he didnt come home, he would be at arlington.the day i got his tags and the news, i smiled.he was buried next to my dad, granpa, and his best friend.
This is such a beautiful, moving, and touching song. I sing this at karaoke and I get a standing ovation because, I feel, it's such a powerful song and that it means so much to everyone that hears it, in one form or another. This video is truly moving. That is about all I can say bacause both the song and video chokes me up.
just imagine what they go through today just imagine....can you i can im over here in iraq and let me tell you i know im fighting for a good reason but all i know is that im devoted to my country....... thanks for your support guys
Love this one. My brother was killed in 1984 in Beirut when he was a Marine. We did not lay him in Arlington but in our home town. Arlington is just a place everyone needs to visit. They need to play this song back on the radio's. A true honor to all with songs like this. God Bless our troops now and before who gave their lives for our freedom.
Nice job! Did you know that Trace is going to be performing at Sunday in the Country at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland on 07/29/07? Also performing in this all-day musical event will be Sara Evans, Terri Clark, Phil Vassar, Mark Wills, and Jake Owen. Tickets are available at the Ticketmaster website!
This is being hotlinked to Chronwatch, the most fascist and racist discussion group in the United States. Hey, you merry band of idiots and Doc Farmer, I hope you ignored the "civil rights" part in the beginning, and continue using racist remarks to describe those you don't like. Jerks.
VERY nice work, Mistie. With your kind permission, I've included it in a post today at my own site, "Stander's Point", with proper credit. You do yourself and your comrades proud. Keep it up.

Where is the stone carving at 3;25 located at, does anyone know?
And this is an awesome job on the video. For me, it truly pays tribute to the fallen.
