Who ever said that apple is higher quality... Ipods break all the time.. The Zune is a sick machine at a convenientely lower price tag. It has better battery then the ipod touch, it has a significantely larger screen, better graphics. 64 GB Zune HD runs at 50 dollars less then the 64 GB touch and still retains all the functionality of the touch with an addition of an HD radio and a better UI. .

@XkriskrossX *echem* larger colors... Zune's screen is smaller i know... The zune's screen has larger contrast ratio however. Deeper blacks, and brighter shades means a better User interface experience

I'm using a LED monitor, and you probably are too. Hardly any HDTVs even use OLED, it's mostly LCD and they looks fine! You can see some major difference between some but not really between these two IMO.

Yes the Zune has a better design. Better look, better battery, and supposedly slightly better hardware with the Tegra. I would get it if the apps were as open and plentiful, but unfortunetly it doesn't use the resources like the iPod does expanding itself to a full computer.

OLED looks a little brighter, but mainly it's just good to use outdoors. Have you actually compared the two before making the statement? Because after I have OLED is worth very little.

Sound quality is fine. Speakers suck though. If you actually owned both to compare, you'd see.

Man I would of got the zune hd but there is no YouTube, no speaker, only ten apps, no call of duty, need for speed, no google maps that know what exact location your at, no shazam, no downloading movies like the the hangover and knocked up right on the device. No having more than to windows open at the same time on the Internet. No e-mail. No aim. No gps. So that's why I got an iPod touch 32gb 3rd gen. @sig553 - No the only way is to download them directly from the marketplace, there is a way around however. Just create a new hotmail account (MAKE SURE ITS US BASED) and set your locale on your PC to US if it isn't already.

also, the iPhone 3GS's Firemint racing has it's games running with 16 AI cars at once....something not to be taken lightly. It's easy to make a nice game that runs at a good FPS with 4 cars on the track like this game, but for one with 16 cars is sick!
