I think I'm in agreement with you, these old single sixes are a whole lot of fun. I've got my dad's that he originally purchased new back in 1966, and I always feel like a cowboy when I take it out. They're super accurate, and there's just something about manually pulling the hammer back, and ejecting every shell with the ejector rod that makes you feel like you're part of the gun. I love the machine work/finish on mine, and the action, with every click on the hammer, is butter smooth.

I have a couple Ruger hand guns. One is a .22 Mark 2 target pistol and a stainless steel Black hawk .357 mag. I really like them both. Great guns!
