I heard this song 14 years ago. I did not know the name and could not find it for 14 years. 14 years later tonight I heard it again here for the first time in 14 years and I know now that it is Mendelssohns Hebrides Overture.

The Hebrides is as close to Brahms as he would ever get. Indeed, had he lived longer he might have eclipsed Brahms as a composer.
