I start off too weak... I generally stutter more, tend to not emphasize the important points, and break the flow with awkward pauses. So I thought it would be better to write a script for the first minute, at leats or practice acutally delivering it before I go up.

I try to tackle too much points so I only barely cover them. Maybe I should focus on some critical points and provide a deeper analysis with more evidence.
