Great to see you making progress overall. From what I can see , Rosseta stone does have some similearities with language learning site Live Mocha maybe I should link it too you :)
That's one of the biggest misconceptions that people have about these programs like Rosetta, is that they believe that it will help them become fluent.
Truth, they only give you a basic foundation, to become more fluent, you have to take university courses and truly immerse yourself.

The BBC website has a few language courses that they offer for free, I tried the French one a bit...
