  • Finally, a no BS "cooking from the fridge" segment. None of this, "why, look; I've stumbled across some diced shallots and salmon fillet left-overs." Every guy's fridge in America looks like that at some point.

  • I have one of those tiny knives. I bought it at a flea market. The guy who sold it said it was a promotional gimmick for some long-out-of-business knife company.

  • You kind of have to if your microwaving eggs or else it wont cook evenly and the texture will tast some what gritty in your mouth. Ive made eggs in the microwave on several occasions and frankly, I love them. The quality depends on how the ingredients are prepared prior to cooking them with the egg. Protiens should be cooked at least half way through, and never add grated or shredded cheese to the egg or it wont hold its shape. just place the cheese in the center so that its kept in the center.
