Remember back in the days when Schroeder and Skip used to have that station looking like the las vegas strip during christmas time. That station had some powerhouse shifts during the late 70's and early 80's. And who couldnt forget Ulhorn and the bunch he had on that shift. Good guys and very knowledgeable firefighters.

Any engine in baltimore city in the 60s is a reserve unit. And the station from ladder 49 is located over east on gorsage ave. The old E33 station

So how do you guys in BC do the helmets? Do you order the helmet front wihtout any numbers and just use reflective # to stick on them?

Yes, the city just orders mass quantity of fronts and just adds the sticker to them. Members are allowed to purchase there own but it must have there Rank, Baltimore City, and company on it.

Its a shame that the City doesn't invest some money in rehabing some of the old stations. Alot of history in some of those old stations.
