To think, that at one time, she was slated to be the next "Madonna". Ironic as that may seem for some folks. She certainly is my FAVORITE "club diva", of them all. Amber can't hold a candle to this woman, Kristine brings such a soulful, albeit powerful voice to this style of music. She is and has been, a pioneer, survivor, & one helluva iconic "gay figure" to our community. She constantly "re-invents" herself, with; new styles, looks, & most importantly outstanding vocal performances.

@LostintheVoid11 I've met Kristine in Las Vegas, and she is A LOT more "personable" to her fans than Madonna. I told her i was a HUGE fan, and i enjoyed singing her songs. So i sampled something for her, that she has sung. And she told me i had a great voice and range for a guy. To say i was FLOORED by the compliment, would be a gross understatement. So that is saying something right there in itself, about how she treats her fans. Much less, makes the time for them......

I have ALWAYS loved Kristine. Besides Amber, she caters to our "gay community" more than any other artist i can think of. But this newest hit of hers, is OFF THE CHARTS, excellent beat, nicely geled together, with one FABULOUS & soulful voice from a white girl no less. It's a no wonder, all my friends tell me i sing so well to her music, and for a white boy i guess that's saying something...lol I got her vocal talent myself, down to a T folks....Keep rockin us Kristine, AWESOME mix as usual...;)

I just can't tell you how much I love this song and I've never heard of Kristine W. I saw the advertisement for pride in Kansas City and she was on it. Wow I'm glad I checked her out! What a great singer! I'm surprised she isn't more popular.

This is an excellent return to form for Kristine W. This is subtle and grooves well---much like her Land Of The Living album from 1996, which, with the exception of the cover of Liberty City's "Some Lovin", gave us some of her best material to date. If this single is any indication, then the summer of 2009 will be great one for dance music and Kristine W.
