Edward, Trucks & Thomas - Bachmann models Story

I have a question:

Do you actually hold Edward back/stop him in some way from climbing 'Gordon's Hill' by himself? Or is he actually unable to climb the hill by himself and needs another engine's help?

I'm desperate to know if Edward can climb hills as my layout has a couple of moderate/small hills and when I got percy and found that he has difficulty, I am worried about Edward's climbing ability.

@12BordMJ Edward is most likely the weakest of the engines... by himself he is fine, but with the trucks he was carrying he couldn't make it without a nudge. Even in the TV show they used fishing wire to pull the engines up Gordon's hill when they were pulling a large train :P

@TRAINMASTER321 Yup. One is the main Thomas I use, and the other is the special Christmas one that the snow plow attaches to :P I believe I was using the Christmas Thomas this time coz the tube things under his buffer area helped do some pushing :P

Only issue I can find with this video is at 3:53 - EDWARD without a tender.

@ryanlim2002 Those are goofs at the end LOL His tender fell off when he got stuck in the Tidmouth Shed doorway :P I wanted to show it coz it made me laugh when it happened.

@ryanlim2002 Now the track just ends and dips... though I have decided to use the dips elsewhere and use my buffers I bought separately, for the sheds instead :)

@fighter4luv ahh. explains why the trains have trouble there. Now thats just silly. Selling a shed with dipping tracks. Could use a dip at one of the turnouts from the turntable. Use it to recreate the scene where Gordon rolled into a ditch. :D

@crazytrain959 Depends on the speed... I have problems with Gordon getting back into the shed. His tender gets knocked off as he backs onto the turntable. :( doors usually close fine though
