  • they dont make music like this anymore glad that a person can still listen to him on youtube

  • I SAW RAY PRICE LAST WEEK AT STAFFORD CENTRE ON HIS 86TH BIRTHDAY AND HIS VOICE IS MORE BEAUTIFUL AND STRONGER THAN EVER. HE PLANS TO START RECORDING AGAIN. I'M SO HAPPY BECAUSE I HAVE ALL OF HIS ALBUMS.

  • Sweet, adorable, magnificent Ray Price

  • WTF is this, they jazzed it all up, why isn't Tom Jones doing this version ? " Hey Ray, do you remember when you actually played guitar ? or when these two classic songs were recorded with a guitar ?' Sorry, Love Ray Price but wow, I might as well have been standing in an elevator......

  • @sstteeww yeah, i like him too, but he did kinda go vegas on this tune didnt he lol

  • I was not a early Ray Price fan but I also think he sound better now, I alway like his songs his voice is much richer and deeper.

  • I love his voice and music. No one can compare, especially with today's singers of all types. There must be something wrong with your hearingt Lerafis. Not only has he been named to the Hall of Flame he is still performing at 85 and his voice is still just as beautiful and strong. Actually he sounds much better than when he was young.

  • @bobbieearle I hope that you have followed the discussion, because you clearely don't understand. all I said is that you shouldn't mock the voice of a legend like Frank Sinatra. I didn't say anything bad about Ray Price, cuz why should I? I jam his songs with my pa like every day. I'm a huge fan!!!

  • I love that man.

  • Just saw Ray Price here in Canada three weeks ago and his voice at age 84 is amazing! What a wonderful show! There's not much I'd walk across the street to see "live" anymore but this was class in the highest sense. How fortunate we are to have artists of this calibre still touring.

  • I saw Ray Price a month ago here in Green Bay and he is a class performer with a wonderful voice. He is 84 years of age and he never sounded better. A real National Treasure....Great Show...By all means see him when he comes to your area....

  • Country musics answer to Sinatra, what a voice and such class

  • @stashnut73 Yes, but this guy has a 'voice' - unlike Sinatra....

  • @Factnotfictionpeople I am not a Sinatra fan... But saying that he has no voice is just terribly wrong!

  • @Leroyfis I didn't mean he actually had no voice, just that on so many of his songs his voice seemed to waver - slide almost - between the actual note he was singing and its sharp/flat. Maybe its me, but I guess I just don't like that style.......He sold HOW many records? LOL, oh, okay then - he must have had something! :-)

  • Thanks so much for posting real country music!

  • A brilliant posting, As always this is perfection from Mr. Price, my thanks.
