  • crue you the man

  • these two guys inspired us kids to be creative, to persevere, to have no fear, and to learn what pain is every time you smack your shins. I am going to ride my 1987 dyno tonight.

  • @kennylee625 so did you really ride it? have fun?

  • Man that is years of practice :)

  • Really great to see these two riding again together!

  • I still listen to "Break the Ice" by John Farnham while riding from time to time. So cool to see how so many of us express the same sentiments about these guys and the indelible mark the movie Rad has left in our hearts.

  • When I was a tot, RAD was one of my fav movies! I wanted to be these guys back then! hahaha. memories!

  • That was Rad! And Surreal!!

  • I'm surprised they're not riding their old school bikes. Thanks for posting...being 45 and missing the '80s, this is a great way to re-live it. I'm currently building a 1981 PK Ripper to ride with my kid...bullseye hubs, 401 flight cranks (single pinch wrap arounds), Pro Neck...all the vintage goodies! :)

  • My Childhood Relived here if only for 4 minutes and 17 seconds... Thanks Guys!!!

  • are these the stunt riders from the movies? still got some mad skills.

  • @TheFrustratedAtheist yes they are the main ones..there were a few others but these were the 2 main guys.

  • Dude thanks SO much for uploading this!!!!!

  • Class acts.

  • These two guys gave me inspiration to freestyle in the 80's. Now I enjoy mountain biking in my later years, but I still pull off a trick or two from that era and impress my friends. What a great time to be a teen. They will always be my first biking idols.

  • when they came to cochrane for the 25th anniversary which was amazing btw eddie came out of no where on one of the bikes from the movie and did the biggest backflip of the day out of the bowl so amazing

  • One of the RADDEST things I have ever seen. Good job two these two guys.

  • AWESOME!!! THANKS FOR POSTING!!!!

  • martin is still my hero! those bikes are not helping them though, I would love to see martin in a flatland bike!

  • fantastic...! thanks for posting.

  • @royalblue69 Moonwalk

  • which uptown theatre was this????????!!

  • they killed it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they did the moves from the movie ..good work my dudes

  • This is so awesome. Being rad is like wine with time it appears.

  • Is it me, or did Aparijo appear to be crying a little bit at the end during the applause?

  • Damn, almost 50 years old & still good enough to be on a major BMX stunt team. Still better now than I ever was when I was young back in the 80's during my prime riding years...

  • martin aparijo

should have done his cherrypicker barspin

(end credits) freestyle flatland run (RAD FILM)

    with R.L. OSBORN

  • Dude.....this is awesome thanks for posting it. I really don't think anyone under the age of 35 can really appreciate this like us "older" guys who grew up riding and freestyling in the 80's. Just awesome that Martin and Eddie are still doing it. Brings back alot of great times growing up.

  • @AcesHighUptheIrons -im 31. Saw the movie when it came out when I was 6. Got a HARO SHREDDER for christmas, and the rest is history. God bless these guys and the movie RAD, or I might have ended up a computer programer...ughh...

  • @zippy0099 ..... Awesome and your right thank God for the movie RAD. I stand corrected from my previous comment. No one under the age of 30....LOL.

  • yeah thanks eddie and martin

for the memories of the bmx/freestyle days of the AFA 80's DAYS

what about RAD 2 The Sequel

since i wrote the sequel. WHAT DID TALIA SHIRE HAVE TO SAY ABOUT IT??

  • Muito Loko !"!!!!

  • I had a wall of mag photos dedicated to Martin and another to Josh White, back when I was 12. Eddie will always be King of the skateparks

  • I started riding again a few years ago, I don't reget it at all

  • fucking awesome!

  • Legendary freestyle. I could watch Martin and Eddie all day and not get bored.

  • send me an angel.

  • How old are those guys? Either way, great job!!

  • @carshowballer They are both a couple years older than me and I'm 45
